Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center

Came from Indiana for vacation in atlanta (family of 5), stayed 7 nights in the 2 room condo. It was clean, safe and feels like home. staff were nice and kind. Breakfast was warm and good. Parking was available too.Got my deposit refunded within 5 days.

I left 2 days before I thought I was going to and called the front desk and spoke to the Spanish lady who told me no problem she would do the check out. The next day a co worker tells me someone was still in my room. I called back to the front desk and spoke to a young man who said that a check out was not done but he done it right then and issued me a refund for my deposit and the one night. I had to pay for the previous night because the lady didn't do it.

The hotel accommodations are very good. The breakfast management is bad. There were no plates (only bowls), coffee cup lids were the wrong size for the cups provided, they ran out of whole milk and hard boiled eggs. The waffle maker was out of commission. The sausage lonks were dried out husks. The toaster didn't toast. The breakfast was a glaring blight on an otherwise excellent five star review.

A group of us from my high school planned a mini reunion in Atlanta and stayed at this hotel from March 20 - 23, 2025. From our initial contact with Mary Owoo (sales manager), we could tell that it would be a great experience. Mary went above and beyond to ensure that our requests were granted. Customer service was the utmost best - Elisha at the front desk was exemplary and we also met Lakeisha in the dining room who was super helpful. The hotel and its facilities were clean and well kept and the location was great. We would return to this hotel as individuals or as a group! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

Top notch location. I got a one bedroom suite with a kitchen! Great room! One thing I really liked was the hot water was “instant on”. I mean when I turned that too the water was hot within a second. Sink and shower!! Lots of amazing food and shops within walking distance and an AMAZING free breakfast. They only do housekeeping once a week but you. An ask for towels and other sundries anytime.

All the staff I have met have been extremely helpful and friendly. I think that part is really important when it comes to customer service. I travel very often and the difference it makes when the people you deal with have a great attitude. I’ve been here at this location for about a week and with having my teenage daughter here (who likes her privacy) it’s been great to have the extra space for her. Very spacious rooms, the kitchenette is simple and functional enough to make home cooked meals, full sized refrigerator!! I’m one of those people who never has house keeping come in during my stays at other hotels, I do like my privacy so I don’t mind that house keeping doesn’t come by everyday. Whenever I need anything I just asked and they’ve accommodated me. So far I’ve been very pleased with my stay here. Again I want to stress how great the staff at the front desk has been all week. They deserve a raise! lol

Rashid the house person was very nice. He helped us with us our suitcase and was very friendly. This is a nice hotel with full kitchen and separate bedroom / very clean and nice facilities, including the pool. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Honestly, I was not expecting too much from reading the reviews here, but my stay was very pleasant. The room was better than expected and the location felt safe and was just a quick drive to downtown. I’m not typically the type to leave a review, but the front desk agent, Elisha, was genuinely one of the nicest staff members I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She was so friendly and accommodating, continuously asking how everything was every time I passed the front desk. If she’s working, you’re in good hands. Giving it four stars instead of five because like many of the other reviews mention, it is does take an extended time to get the security deposit back, but if you have the ability to wait, everything else is great.
